Well,Lelouch does not have any reason to,and If you actually listened to some episodes…Lelouch already used Geass on him “The order to Live” Which means Suzaku is like a raging Demigod…since he has the order to Live in his brain also Lelouch can’t use it a 2nd time anyways..and he has no reason to use it again.

well 1st of all lelouch did know who susaku was remember when they learned susaku’s methods of fighting and the top of the nightmare had been cut off. Ares’ idea is not unreasonable and is actually a good idea,but, the thing that stops lelouch is their friendship.

1st of all, he didnt know susaku was the White knightmare. He didnt have a reason to use the geass on him. And 2nd of all, susaku is his friend and he didnt want to use it on him.
