If Mao actually killed her, would he get the code? Seems like the conditions have been met (the double eyed geass)
On a side note the compact part reminds me of a sick anime where the girl decapitates her dead lover so that she can hold his head with her. Kinda freaky, now i think of that when i see this episode.
